UP Police Constable Recruitment 2026e: Eligibilty Criteria
The candidate must have passed the 12th grade from any board established by law in India or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the government.
The required educational qualification must be held at the time of application, and the relevant mark sheets or certificates should be available.
Candidates who are “Appeared” or “Appearing” are not eligible for the application.
The candidate is responsible for providing proof of the educational qualification’s authenticity and equivalency, and the board’s decision will be final on this matter.
Additional qualifications such as an “O” level computer certificate from DOEACC/NIELIT, two years of service in the Territorial Army, or a “B” certificate from the National Cadet Corps will be given preference in case of a tie in marks.
