| Punjab Education Department Recruitment 2025 Eductational qualification & Other Conditions • The candidate has at least Bachelor degree of Law from a recognized university. • The candidate should be practicing as an advocate in Civil/District/Punjab and Haryana High Court and he/she should Must be registered with the Bar Council under the Advocate Act and have a valid license to practice. • The candidate should have at least three years of experience in dealing with service matter cases in court. • The candidate should be a citizen of India. • The candidate must have passed 10th level Punjabi language. • The age of the candidate should not be more than 65 years as on the last date of receipt of applications. • The legal retainer was given a remuneration of Rs 35,000/- per month as per the instructions of the Finance Department. • Will go The period of appointment of this post will be for the first one year. • After one year, the period of appointment can be extended considering the work and conduct of the legal retainer. • The services of a legal retainer can be terminated by giving one month’s notice. Similarly, a legal retainer can also retire by giving one month’s notice. • The candidate will send his counter request in the proforma attached to this advertisement and Along with copies of all your educational/professional qualification documents, copy of your license and Self-attested copy of experience certificate etc. will be sent attached with the application. | ||||

Will send it to this office through registered post. ⦿ Applications received through such post will also be required to reach the office by 11.07.2025. ⦿ Applications received after this will not be considered.
