The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CSIR UGC NET 2025 online application form on behalf of the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR). This exam is conducted for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship/Assistant Professor eligibility across India.

| • Candidates must have obtained at least 55% marks (for General and OBC) or 50% marks (for SC/ ST/PWD candidates) in a Master’s degree or equivalent examination from a recognized university/ Institution. • For candidates enrolled in an integrated MS-PhD program or having a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree, at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) are required. • Candidates who have only a Bachelor’s degree are eligible for JRF only and not for Lectureship (LS)/Assistant Professor. • Candidates who have passed a Master’s degree with at least 50% marks before September 19, 1991, are only eligible to apply for Lectureship. | |||||
