Download the Official Notification & Application Form Visit the ESIC website under “Recruitments” to locate the specific notification for your post (e.g. Teaching Faculty, Dean, Specialist Grade II). Download both the application form PDF and the instructions/guidelines PDF, which include eligibility, format, and submission details. 2. Check Eligibility & Important Dates Confirm the last date for offline submission: Teachers & Senior Residents: June 22, 2025 Deans: July 7, 2025 Specialist Grade II: May 26, 2025 Review age limits, qualifications, fee, and reservation rules per post as outlined in the notification. 3. Prepare Documents & Scanned Items Based on official instructions, keep ready: Clean passport-size photo (4.5 × 3.5 cm) Signature (in black ink, not capital letters) Left thumb impression (or right if needed) Any hand-written declarations if specified Category certificate, like OBC format Annexure A for central jobs Experience certificates, ID proof, qualification proof, etc. 4. Fill Out the Form Carefully Use block letters, as stipulated. Enter personal details exactly as per your certificates. Tick correct boxes, including category, post and exam centre choices. 5.
