The City Intimation Slip, which was released on 19 April 2026, is only for information purposes and cannot be used as an entry document at the exam hall. The official admit card is the mandatory document for entry.


How to Download SSC GD Admit Card 2026?

Step 1: Visit the official SSC website at ssc.gov.in on your browser.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “Login” button available at the top of the page.

Step 3: Enter your Registration Number (Username) and SSC Password that were created during the One-Time Registration (OTR) process.

Step 4: After logging in, your candidate dashboard will open. Click on the “Hall Ticket Download” tab or look for the link labelled “Hall Ticket for SSC GD Constable Examination 2026.”

Step 5: Your SSC GD Constable Admit Card 2026 will be displayed on the screen. Verify all details carefully including your name, roll number, exam centre, exam date, and shift timings.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 10th (Matriculation) or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board.

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 23 years as on the crucial date. Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and as per Government norms for other reserved categories.

Physical Standards (Male Candidates):

  • Height: 170 cm (General/OBC/SC); 162.5 cm (ST candidates)
  • Chest: 80 cm (unexpanded); 85 cm (expanded) — 5 cm expansion mandatory

Physical Standards (Female Candidates):

  • Height: 157 cm (General/OBC/SC); 150 cm (ST candidates)

Salary

SSC GD salary follows 7th Pay Commission Pay Level 3 (₹21,700 to ₹69,100 basic pay), with an in-hand salary of approximately ₹30,000 to ₹37,000 per month including DA, HRA, TA, and risk allowances.The post of Sepoy in NCB carries Pay Level 1 with a basic pay of ₹18,000. Additionally, selected candidates are entitled to government medical benefits, Leave Travel Concession (LTC), Group Insurance, and other Central Government service perks.
