 Salary

• Selected candidates will be appointed in the IDA E-3 pay scale with a basic pay of ₹24,900 per month, which can increase up to ₹50,500 with increments. In addition to basic pay, employees are entitled to Dearness Allowance, medical facilities, leave benefits, and other allowances as per BSNL rules. A probation period applies, and selected candidates may be required to execute a service bond.
